We’re committed to supporting families and empowering young minds to flourish. If for any reason you feel that your Wisely & Co product hasn’t made a positive impact, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please note: Personalized Products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Return Your Product:
a. Email us at talktous@wiselyandco.com with your name, order number, the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions for returning the planner.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
At Wisely & Co, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we want to make it right. If your item is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for an exchange or a full refund.

How to Report Damaged or Defective Items:
a. Email us at talktous@wiselyandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
b. We’ll provide return instructions and handle the rest!

Once we receive the damaged item, you can choose between:
● A replacement (if available).
● A full refund of the product price, including original shipping costs.

We’ll cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

3. Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective item, we will send you a replacement once the original item has been returned. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

5. Goods Returned
● We only accept returns when agreed upon by correspondence.
● Returned Goods must be in their original condition and packaging, securely wrapped, and accompanied by a returns slip, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties by email correspondence.
