We offer free shipping for qualifying orders to these regions:

  • United Kingdom: Orders between £60–£600
  • European Union: Orders between €70–€700
  • United States: Orders between $80–$800
  • Canada: Orders between $80–$800

Order Processing Made Easy
Once you place your order, we get to work right away! All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking info to update. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or trash folder, and if it’s still missing, just reach out to us at talktous@wiselyandco.com.

Note: While we’ll do our best to help with any shipping delays, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Due to changing logistics circumstances and supplier adjustments, our shipping rates and policies may be updated from time to time.

Understanding Taxes & Duties
We want to make sure you’re clear on any additional costs when your order arrives:

United States and Canada

  • Wisely & Co currently does not charge sales tax on US orders. However, please check back regularly, as this may change.
  • Orders to the US are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning you won’t incur additional customs fees at delivery.

United Kingdom

  • Orders to the UK will include a 20% VAT, as required by UK government regulations. This amount is paid directly to the UK government, and Wisely & Co does not benefit from it.

Europe, South Africa, and Australia

  • For international orders, we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means your order may incur duties, fees, or taxes upon arrival, which are determined by your local customs authority and/or government. These fees must be paid to your carrier or government before you can receive your package. Wisely & Co does not collect these fees at checkout.

If you need to make any changes to your order, whether that’s adding or removing products or adjusting your delivery address, just let us know at talktous@wiselyandco.com as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly, so while we can’t always guarantee we can make adjustments, we’ll do our best to help!

Can’t Find Your Package? Here’s What to Do
If your tracking info shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, start by checking with your neighbors—they may have accepted your package on your behalf. It’s also a good idea to contact your local post office to see if your package is being held there.
